据《中华儿科杂志》1995年33卷第6期报道大连医科大学附属第二医院徐立新等为了解中枢神经系统疾病患儿的脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸的变化,采用丹酰化反应聚酰胺薄层层析及荧光法,测定了化脓性脑膜炎、病毒性脑炎、癲痫持续状态和热性惊厥患儿脑脊液中22种氨基酸浓度。 结果表明,与对照组相比,化脓性脑膜炎时18种氨基酸显著增高,其中兴奋性氨基酸增高的有谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、丝氨酸及甘氨酸;癲痫持续状态
