在连铸生产过程,结晶器液位易受许多复杂和不确定因素影响,难以控制.为此提出一种新的变结构模糊控制器.在这个控制器中,采用一种基于改进的聚类算法的双层ISODATA算法的状态识别方法;并且在控制器中用遗传算法优化模糊规则的条数和内容及隶属函数,使推理速度和控制系统的鲁棒性大大改善.仿真结果令人满意.
In the continuous casting process, the crystallizer level is susceptible to many complex and uncertain factors and is difficult to control. To this end, a new variable structure fuzzy controller is proposed. In this controller, we adopt a state identification method of double-layer ISODATA algorithm based on improved clustering algorithm, and optimize the number and content of the fuzzy rules and the membership functions in the controller by using genetic algorithm to make the reasoning speed and control The robustness of the system is greatly improved. The simulation results are satisfactory.
