利用早世代稳定品种粳稻84-15与不同类型常规水稻品种进行系列杂交,F2、F3发现了不同比率的植物学特征和生物学特性完全一致的株群。用粳稻84-15的后代材料(含早稳基因)与不同遗传背景的水稻材料杂交,F2、F3同样出现稳定株群。说明粳稻84-15等品种的早世代稳定特性能够遗传,但与不同背景的亲本杂交,稳定株群出现的世代与频率不同。
A series of crosses between early stable rice japonica 84-15 and different types of conventional rice cultivars were conducted. F2 and F3 were found to have the same botanical and biological characteristics. The stable lines of F2 and F3 also appeared in the hybrids of japonica rice 84-15 with early genetic material (including early stable gene) and rice with different genetic background. The results showed that the stability characteristics of early generation in japonica rice 84-15 could be inherited. However, the crosses with different backgrounds had different generations and frequencies.
