目的:观察抗癫痫药苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥的血药浓度与毒副反应发生率的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定抗癫痫药苯妥英钠(DPH)和苯巴比妥(PB)血清药浓度。结果:血药浓度与毒性反应密切相关。DPH、PB在发挥作用时出现不同程度的毒副反应,随浓度增加,发生人次上升,血药浓度DPH>25mg/L,PB>50mg/L时,毒副反应明显增加。结论:DPH、PB的最适血药浓度分别为10~20mg/L及10~40mg/L。
Objective: To observe the antiepileptic drug phenytoin sodium, phenobarbital blood concentration and the incidence of toxic reactions. Methods: Simultaneous determination of antipsychotic drugs phenytoin sodium (DPH) and phenobarbital (PB) serum concentrations by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Plasma concentration and toxicity are closely related. DPH and PB appeared different degrees of toxic and side effects, with the concentration increased, the number of people increased, the plasma concentration of DPH> 25mg / L, PB> 50mg / L, the toxicity increased significantly. Conclusion: The optimal blood concentration of DPH and PB are 10 ~ 20mg / L and 10 ~ 40mg / L, respectively.
