供试小白鼠购自中山大学实验动物繁育场,雌雄各半,体重18—22克。供试茶叶为广东省茶叶分公司提供的普洱茶74201。实验吋将小白鼠分为饮茶组与对照组,每组均为10只。前者喂饲料和2%普洱茶汤(按2克茶叶加水100毫升比例煮沸1分钟后提取)。后者喂清水和相同饲料。两组小鼠均进行适应性培养30天。饲养期间饮茶组每只小鼠每天饮茶3.3—3.8毫升。辐射处理时两组小鼠同时用~(60)Co-r射线
The test mice were purchased from the experimental animal breeding farm of Sun Yat-sen University. They were male and female, weighing 18-22 grams. The test tea was Pu-erh tea 74201 provided by Guangdong Tea Branch. Experimental mice were divided into tea drinking group and control group, and each group had 10 rats. The former feeds and 2% Pu-erh tea soup (2 grams of tea and 100 ml of water are added after boiling for 1 minute). The latter feeds clear water and the same feed. Both groups of mice were adapted for 30 days. During the feeding period, each tea group drank 3.3-3.8 ml of tea per day. Simultaneous use of ~(60)Co-r rays in both groups of mice during radiation treatment
