局部性利益冲突是影响职业教育校企合作可持续发展的重要障碍。探究合作主体间局部性利益冲突背后的社会学根源,从理性选择理论的视角分析合作主体合作动机与微观行动选择,并以此作为相关政策制定的基础,对调适合作主体利益冲突、保障合作主体利益共享至关重要。本文基于理性选择理论的分析视角,分析了校企合作中形成的宏观结构与微观行动,探究了学校、企业、学生行动性与结构性两种不同性质的利益冲突,并试图从政策补偿、政策约束、政策担保三个层面影响校企双方合作背后的理性选择行为,从而实现学校、企业、学生三方利益共享。
Conflict of interest is a major obstacle to the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education.
