由中国轻工业联合会与大连市政府联合主办的中国国际啤酒节2002年移师大连,至今已举办了17届。大连开放的市场经济环境、完备的城市基础建设及丰富的大型国际活动经验为啤酒节的发展奠定了坚实的基础。啤酒节成功探索出一条将商务活动与城市节庆活动有机结合、将国际多元文化与中国文化交织融合的运营模式,成功打造出一个综合商务洽谈、国际文化交流、市民狂欢于一身的具有国际影响的城市节日,成为中外啤酒厂商和相关行业拓展市场、打造品牌
China International Beer Festival, co-sponsored by China National Light Industry Council and Dalian Municipal Government, moved to Dalian in 2002 and has held 17 sessions so far. Dalian’s open market economy environment, complete urban infrastructure and rich experience in large-scale international activities have laid a solid foundation for the development of the Oktoberfest. Oktoberfest has successfully explored a business model that integrates business activities with city festivals and intertwines international multiculturalism with Chinese culture and succeeds in creating an internationally influential business model with comprehensive business talks, international cultural exchange and public carnival City Festival, to become Chinese and foreign beer manufacturers and related industries to expand markets, build brands
