秋水仙碱作为保肝药能阻止胞浆微管的聚集。抑制胶原蛋白跨幞转运,刺激人工培养的滑液组织中胶原酶的产生,对肝细胞胞浆膜有稳定作用;水飞蓟的保肝作用也早已得到证实,其对各种肝毒性物质如α-蝇蕈碱、硫代乙酰胺、半乳糖胺、乙醇、扑热息痛造成的肝损害均有抑制作用,作用机制可能与捕获肝细胞产生的毒性自由基、稳定肝细胞膜及提高细胞的抗渗、抗溶能力有关。本文对上述两药的保肝作用进行了对比研究。实验采用体重50~100g的雄性Wistar大鼠,腹腔
