目的探讨3.0T三维时间飞跃法(3D-TOF)磁共振血管成像术(MRA)评价Willis环变异的价值。方法回顾性分析63例大脑Willis环变异但无明显脑部病变及血管病变的3D-TOFMRA图像,统计分析各组成动脉的变异情况。结果63例MRA图像显示大脑前动脉变异占74.60%,大脑后交通动脉-大脑后动脉复合变异占26.98%,大脑前交通动脉的显示率53.97%,大脑后交通动脉的显示率58.73%。结论3.0T 3D-TOF MRA是无创性评价Willis环变异的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the value of 3.0T three-dimensional time-of-flight (3D-TOF) magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in evaluating Willis ring mutation. Methods The 3D-TOF MRA images of 63 patients with Willis ring mutation but no obvious brain lesions and vascular lesions were retrospectively analyzed. The variation of each constituent artery was statistically analyzed. Results 63 MRA images showed that the anterior cerebral artery occlusion accounted for 74.60%, the posterior communicating artery - posterior cerebral artery composite variation accounted for 26.98%, the anterior communicating artery showed 53.97% and the posterior communicating artery showed 58.73%. Conclusion 3.0T 3D-TOF MRA is a noninvasive method to evaluate Willis ring mutation.
