淄博—潍坊天然气管道在投运阴极保护系统前,在对其管道的保护电位和自然电位测试时,发现该段管线的个别地段保护电位明显偏低,管道电位低于正常状态的平均值-1.1V至-1.2之间。针对此现象,对其现场考证并做了分析,原因是由于缠绕镁带的主管被淹没在水里,形成了牺牲阳极,导致管道电位偏低。通过对套管穿越处进行风干及封堵处理,电位测试回复正常。
