目的分析脑电图与动态脑电图在癫痫所致精神障碍患者诊治中的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年5月至2015年5月收治的癫痫所致精神障碍患者84例,分别给予常规脑电图与24h动态脑电图的临床检查,总结两项检验的临床特征,比较在病情程度与异常波中的诊断效果,并通过统计学分析探讨癫痫所致精神障碍患者的最佳诊断方案。结果动态脑电图检查中轻度19例(22.6%)、中度异常42例(50.0%)、重度异常12例(14.3%)、总异常率为86.9%,其总异常率同常规脑电图检查均具有统计学意义(t=6.48,P<0.05)。同时,动态脑电图检查中慢波、慢波暴发与发作波的检出率均显著高于常规脑电图,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对癫痫所致精神障碍患者采用动态脑电图的诊断效果更为满意,为早期治疗创造积极保障。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of electroencephalography (EEG) and dynamic electroencephalography (EEG) in diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders caused by epilepsy. Methods Eighty-four patients with mental disorders caused by epilepsy admitted from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The routine electroencephalogram (EEG) and 24-hour dynamic electroencephalogram (EEG) were performed respectively. The clinical features of the two tests were summarized. The severity of the disease and the abnormal wave of the diagnosis, and through statistical analysis to explore the best diagnosis of patients with mental disorders due to epilepsy. Results There were 19 mild cases (22.6%), 42 moderate cases (50.0%) and 12 severe cases (14.3%) in the dynamic electroencephalogram. The total abnormal rate was 86.9% Chart examination were statistically significant (t = 6.48, P <0.05). At the same time, the detection rate of slow wave, slow wave and seizure wave in dynamic EEG were significantly higher than that of conventional electroencephalogram (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of epilepsy-induced mental disorders in patients with dynamic EEG more satisfactory results for the early treatment to create a positive guarantee.
