目的观察左归丸对免疫性卵巢早衰(POF)小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体(AZpAb)、FSH、E2水平变化的影响,进一步揭示中药补肾养血活血法在调节卵巢功能方面的作用机制。方法以小鼠透明带3所合成透明带多肽为免疫原,免疫SPF级BALB/C雌性小鼠,建立小鼠免疫性POF模型,随机分为模型组、左归丸高、中、低剂量组,强的松组、己烯雌酚组和对照组,共灌胃给药4周。采用ELISA法检测外周血FSH及E2、AZpAb值。结果 FSH、AZpAb组间的比较测定值都有显著性差异;各用药组之间对正常组及模型组比较:己烯雌酚组的FSH值有极显著的意义,左归丸高、低剂量组的E2值有显著的意义,左归丸高、中、低剂量组及己烯雌酚组的AZpAb值都有极显著的意义。结论左归丸能使阴虚小鼠外周血中雌二醇含量增加,减缓POF小鼠外周血FSH的升高,抑制AZpAb产生,改善POF小鼠卵巢免疫性炎症的损伤。
Objective To observe the effects of Zuogui pill on the changes of anti-zona pellucida antibody (AZpAb), FSH and E2 levels in peripheral blood of immunodeficiency premature ovarian failure (POF) mice and further reveal the mechanism of action of tonifying kidney and nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation in regulating ovarian function. Methods BALB / C female mice were immunized with 3 zona pellucida polypeptides synthesized by mouse zona pellucida and immunized POF models were established. The mice were randomly divided into model group, Zuogui pill high, medium and low dose groups , Prednisone group, diethylstilbestrol group and control group, a total of gavage for 4 weeks. Peripheral blood FSH and E2, AZpAb values were detected by ELISA. Results FSH, AZpAb comparison between the measured values were significantly different; between the treatment groups for the normal group and the model group: the diethylstilbestrol group FSH value has a very significant significance, Zuogui pill high and low dose group of E2 The significance of Zuoguiwan high, medium and low dose groups and diethylstilbestrol AZpAb value has a very significant significance. Conclusion Zuogui pill can increase the level of estradiol in the peripheral blood of mice with yin deficiency, slow down the increase of FSH in peripheral blood of POF mice, inhibit the production of AZpAb, and improve the immunological inflammation of ovary in POF mice.
