建国初期， 主持全总日常工作的李立三同志， 针对各地工会工作存在的问题，总结出了一系列正确的工会理论观点。但有的人持有不同意见。这样， 就引发了李立三、邓子恢等人与高岗、陈伯达等人的有益探讨与争论。争论的焦点是工会的性质、地位、作用及工会与党和国家行政、企业行政的关系等问题。全总召开的党组一次扩大会议， 对李立三同志进行了错误批判， 从而使这场有关工会理论问题的有益探讨就此中断。
In the early days of the founding of New China, Comrade Li Lisan, who presided over the daily work of the whole party, summarized a series of correct theoretical views on trade unions based on the problems existing in the work of trade unions across the country. But some people hold different opinions. In this way, it triggered the Li Lisan, Deng Zicheng et al and Gao Gang, Chen Boda and others beneficial discussion and debate. The focus of debate is the nature, status, role of trade unions and the relations between trade unions and the party and state administration and the administration of enterprises.
