本文从制度理论和社会网络的视角,研究了企业愿景的产生与制度环境、社会网络之间的作用机理。在新兴市场过程中(如中国),企业愿景是企业在制度缺失的情况下追求“合法性”的结果,而企业集团和社会网络作为克服外部制度缺失的两种主要组织形式,都可以减少这种企业制定愿景的行为。通过对中国500强企业的研究发现,企业愿景的重要性会随着制度完善程度,逐渐减弱。企业集团作为新兴市场国家中克服制度缺失的产物更不需要企业愿景。占据网络“结构洞”的企业更不倾向制定企业愿景。
From the angle of system theory and social network, this paper studies the mechanism of the relationship between enterprise vision and institutional environment and social network. In emerging markets (such as China), the corporate vision is the result of pursuing “legitimacy” in the absence of institutions, and both the enterprise group and social networks are the two main forms of organization that can overcome the lack of external institutions Reduce the behavior of such enterprises to develop a vision. Through the study of the top 500 Chinese enterprises found that the importance of corporate vision with the degree of system improvement, gradually weakened. Business groups, as a product of lack of institutions in emerging market countries, do not even need a corporate vision. Enterprises that occupy the network “structural hole ” are less inclined to formulate business visions.
