本文主要研究我国在进入WTO之后,国内的沃尔玛等巨头就在不断地进行扩张,面对这种趋势,我国企业要想在这种情况中得以生存就必须进行新的转变。不仅要让自己具有独特的竞争优势,积极有效地对商业成本做合理性的规划,还要缩小管理水平上的差距。做到降低商品管理成本实现企业的终极目标,所以如何改变商品成本上的新理念就是影响商品成本管理和控制的最具有意义的核心问题。
This paper mainly studies China’s entry into the WTO, the domestic Wal-Mart and other giants are constantly expanding, in the face of this trend, our enterprises in order to survive in this situation, we must make a new change. Not only to give yourself a unique competitive advantage, actively and effectively make rational planning of business costs, but also to narrow the gap on the management level. To reduce the cost of goods management to achieve the ultimate goal of the enterprise, so how to change the new concept of cost of goods is the most significant core issues affecting commodity cost management and control.
