在过去的化学教学中,大部分实验都是演示实验、验证实验,做实验只是对知识的巩固。其实化学教学本身并不只是传授给学生一些初步的化学概念和规律,而是通过一系列有效的教育教学手段,全面提高学生的智能,使他们能够掌握和运用一些化学原理和实验手段,学会科学研究的基本方法,学会辩证而客观地认识世界,从而在将来能够独立地、有创造性地进一步深入学习和从事社会主义现代化建设。作者结合自己的教学实践对如何优化初中化学实验教学做了几点思考。
