Governments, enterprises and other sectors of the society are now making intensive efforts to adjust their positions and reform in accordance with the requirements of the WTO rules so as to meet the needs of participating in international competition after China's entry into the WTO. Private science and technology enterprises are an important force in participating in international competition among various types of enterprises in our country.
