为探讨用药理学方法控制正畸牙移动的可能性,作者进行了用消炎痛(indomethacin)全身给药及配合前列腺素局部用药的动物试验研究。方法为将雄性成年犬8只,分为加消炎痛喂饲及正常喂饲两组。将犬的两侧第二切牙拔除,二周后开始施力移动其第三切牙向近中。同时,以犬的两侧切牙作自身对照,在其一侧第三切牙近中(牙艮)区局部注射溶有PGE_1的局麻用赛罗卡因溶液,另一侧单纯注射赛罗卡因溶液作为对照。连续4周每周计测牙移动距一次,然后处死动物作组织学及X线观察。结果发现: ①用消炎痛喂饲组,牙移动率较小,组织学所见压迫侧骨吸收活性下降,牵引侧新生骨形成量减小,且有统计学意义。②无论是否用消炎痛喂饲,两组犬在局部用PGE_1
To explore the possibility of using pharmacological methods to control the movement of orthodontic teeth, the authors conducted animal studies using systemic systemic administration of prostaglandins with indomethacin. Method for the male adult dogs 8, divided into plus indomethacin feeding and normal feeding two groups. The dogs on both sides of the second incisor removed, two weeks after the start of force to move the third incisor in the near.
