近日,不少地方对干部人事制度改革进行大胆探索。党的十七大提出的“民主、公开、竞争、择优”的改革方针正在成为各地选人用人的创新实践。在改革探索逐步深入的形势下,各级组织部门要更加注意对改革的科学指导和稳妥把握。
Recently, quite a few places have boldly explored the reform of the cadre and personnel system. The reform principle of “democracy, openness, competition, choosing superiority” put forward by the 17th CPC National Congress is becoming an innovative practice of selecting people and employing people in various places. Under the situation of gradual deepening of reform and exploration, the organizational departments at all levels should pay more attention to the scientific guidance and the steady grasp of the reform.
