用醋酸乙烯酯均聚制备的胶黏剂,其黏合性欠佳,在使用过程中铝箔产生皱纹。为了提高胶黏剂性能,以醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,加入少量丙烯酸进行共聚改性,研制出一种乳液型铝箔纸复合胶黏剂,并讨论了丙烯酸、乳化剂、聚乙烯醇用量对胶黏剂性能的影响,该胶黏剂具有优良的粘接力、良好的烘干、抗冻性。结果表明:当丙烯酸用量为单体总量的1%~2%,乳化剂用量为单体总量的3%~5%,聚乙烯醇用量为总量的4%时,其性能最佳。
Adhesives prepared by homopolymerization with vinyl acetate have poor adhesion and wrinkles in the aluminum foil during use.
