我院自1994年6月～9月使用先锋必治疗急性重型菌痢43例,同期与头孢拉啶作对比进行疗效观察,先锋必疗效非常满意。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料,本组43例,其中男25例,女18例,年龄出生4个月～72岁,平均19.2岁,本组病例均为住院病例,都有流行病学史,临床表现,体征,实验室检查,粪便培养,确诊为急性重型菌痢。
