福建柏为我国重要珍贵用材树种。通过苗期种源试验观测研究，初步筛选出福建龙岩、仙游、泉州、尤溪、贵州黎平、湖南道县６个在我省表现比较好的种源。并且发现福建柏苗木高生长在５～６月、９～１０月间呈现两次生长高峰，径生长在９～１０月间呈现１次生长高峰，苗木的高生长与纬度呈负相关性，与经度的相关性不大。芽苗切根移栽的苗木地径为圃地育苗的１．３７倍，高为其９０．６％，有利于培育壮苗造林。
Fujian cypress is an important timber species for our country. According to the observation and study of provenance experiment at seedling stage, 6 provenances in Longyan, Xianyou, Quanzhou, Youxi, Guizhou Liping, and Hunan Daoxian were preliminarily selected. The results showed that the height growth of Fujian cypress seedlings increased from May to June and from September to October with two growth peaks. The diameter growth showed a growth peak from September to October, and the height growth of seedlings was negatively correlated with latitude. Longitude is not relevant. Seedling transplanting seedlings ground nursery ground diameter of 1.37 times higher, 90.6% of its high, is conducive to nurturing strong seedlings afforestation.
