银杏叶片对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

目的探讨银杏叶片对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响,为探索有效的药物疗法提供科学依据。方法 80例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用银杏叶片,观察比较两组患者的心功能疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末径(LVED)及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的LVEF均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的LVED、BNP水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上联用银杏叶片可有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的LVEF、LVED及BNP水平,促进心功能的提高,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the influence of ginkgo leaf on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and to provide a scientific basis for exploring effective drug therapy. Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba leaves on the basis of the control group. Efficacy of cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVED) and plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the LVEF in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). LVED and BNP levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of Ginkgo biloba on the basis of routine treatment can effectively improve the levels of LVEF, LVED and BNP in patients with chronic heart failure and promote the improvement of cardiac function, which deserves further application.
