随着经济的高速发展,以传统化石能源满足日益增长的能源需求造成了严重的环境污染。太阳能作为一种新型可再生能源得到国内外的普遍关注,太阳能产业得到了跨越式的发展,而太阳能产业的资金来源主要是政府扶持资金和企业的营运资金,这些资金基本上用于太阳能产业的科研开发和产业化发展方面,因此资金的科学运用是太阳能产业实现可持续发展的重要环节。本文主要是运用柯布—道格拉斯函数研究我国太阳能产业资金分配问题,为实现政府和企业资金的优化配置提供参考。
With the rapid economic development, the traditional fossil fuels to meet the growing energy demand has caused serious environmental pollution. As a new type of renewable energy, solar energy gets the general attention both at home and abroad. The solar energy industry has been leapfrogged. The main source of funding for the solar energy industry is government support funds and working capital for enterprises, which are basically used in the solar energy industry Scientific research and development and industrialization development, so the scientific use of funds is an important part of the solar energy industry to achieve sustainable development. In this paper, we mainly use the Cobb-Douglas function to study the allocation of funds in China’s solar energy industry and provide reference for the optimal allocation of government and corporate funds.
