在筛分试验及抽提试验的基础上,试验得出适合路面磨耗层规范级配的RAP(沥青混凝土路面回收旧料)混合料。研制出可以激活老化沥青性能的添加剂(冷再生剂),以活化RAP中的老化沥青,恢复其基本性能及在混合料中的胶结作用。通过试验研究,探究得出掺加添加剂并浸润及养生后磨耗层冷再生混合料的空隙率、密度、稳定度都能够很好地达到路面磨耗层的使用要求。在试验检验的基础上得出,混合料的动稳定度达到3643.31次/mm,试件浸水残留稳定度为95.73%,冻融劈裂强度比是81.6%,弯拉应变为3061.43με,表明磨耗层冷再生混合料具有较高的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性等路用性能。该研究技术可应用于沥青混凝土路面面层各结构层次(包括上面层)中。
Based on the screening test and the extraction test, the RAP (Asphalt Concrete Pavement Recovering Old Material) mixture suitable for the standard grading of the pavement abrasion layer was obtained. An additive (cold regenerant) that activates the properties of aged asphalt was developed to activate the aged asphalt in RAP and restore its basic properties and the cementation in the mix. Through the experimental study, it is found that the porosity, density and stability of the mixed materials with additives and infiltration and post-curing wear layer can well meet the requirements of the worn surface layer. Based on the test results, the dynamic stability of the mixture reached 3643.31 times / mm, the residual stability of the specimen immersed in water was 95.73%, the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio was 81.6% and the bending strain was 3061.43με, indicating the wear Layer cold recycled mixture has high temperature stability, water stability, low temperature cracking resistance and other road performance. The research technology can be applied to various levels of asphalt pavement (including the upper layer).
