目的了解成年居民血清Ghrelin水平与体成分及脂代谢相关细胞因子的关系。方法选取辽宁、河南和湖南三省591名60岁以下城乡成年居民作为研究对象,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围、体脂百分比,计算体质指数、腰臀比,测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、Ghrelin、瘦素、血清钙及载脂蛋白A1/载脂蛋白B。结果成年男性居民Ghrelin浓度为24.12μg/L,女性为23.62μg/L,差异无统计学意义。随血清Ghrelin水平的升高,腰围、体质指数、腰臀比、超重/肥胖率、中心性肥胖率、体脂百分比、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血清瘦素水平逐渐降低(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及载脂蛋白A1/载脂蛋白B呈现逐渐增高的趋势(P<0.05),臀围和血清钙水平变化趋势不明显。相关分析结果显示,Ghrelin浓度与BMI、腰围、腰臀比、体脂百分比、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及瘦素明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 Ghrelin水平与体成分及脂代谢相关细胞因子有关联,但与瘦素和体脂百分比的相关更为密切。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Ghrelin levels and body composition and lipid metabolism related cytokines in adult residents. Methods 591 adult residents in urban and rural areas under 60 years of age in Liaoning, Henan and Hunan provinces were selected as research objects. Body height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference and body fat percentage were measured. Body mass index and waist - hip ratio were calculated. Serum total cholesterol, triglyceride , Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, Ghrelin, leptin, serum calcium and apolipoprotein A1 / apolipoprotein B. Results The concentration of Ghrelin in adult male was 24.12 μg / L and in female was 23.62 μg / L, the difference was not statistically significant. With the increase of serum Ghrelin level, waist circumference, body mass index, waist-hip ratio, overweight / obesity rate, central obesity rate, body fat percentage, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and serum leptin levels gradually decreased (P <0.05). The levels of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein A1 / apolipoprotein B tended to increase (P <0.05), while the changes of hip and serum calcium levels were not obvious. Correlation analysis showed that Ghrelin concentration was significantly associated with BMI, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, body fat percentage, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and leptin (P <0.05). Conclusions Ghrelin level correlates with body composition and lipid metabolism-related cytokines, but it is more closely related to the percentage of leptin and body fat.
