针对现代大型工程管理活动缺乏有效认知体系的问题,提出基于物理-事理-人理的工程管理三维认知结构模型,将工程管理活动中所涉及到的目标、问题与规律分为人理、物理、事理三大对象系统进行刻画。模型由对象层与规则层构成。对象层的构建借鉴了美国宇航局项目管理的POP理论,将每个对象系统按功能—构成—行为三个维度进行认知。规则层的构建主要用于描述约束工程管理活动的各类客观规律。模型重点突出了物理、事理、人理三大对象系统的相互联系性,从系统的角度对工程管理活动涉及的各方面内容进行归纳,为现代工程管理活动的认知提供理论工具。
In view of the lack of an effective cognition system in modern large-scale project management activities, a three-dimensional cognitive structure model based on physical-business-humanistic management is proposed. The objectives, problems and laws involved in project management activities are divided into man-made and physical , The three objects of the system to characterize. The model consists of an object layer and a rule layer. The construction of object layer draws on POP theory of NASA project management, and recognizes each object system in three dimensions: function-composition-behavior. The construction of the rules layer is mainly used to describe various objective laws governing the management activities of the project. The model emphasizes the interrelationship between the three object systems of physics, affairs and man-power, and summarizes the various aspects involved in the project management activities from a systematic perspective, which provides a theoretical tool for the cognition of modern engineering management activities.
