贾建民简历贾建民,笔名剑鸣,号龙门山人,洛阳龙门镇人。1959年9月出生在军营,当过军工,干过警察,做过政法,从事过宣传文化工作,当过乡长、书记、区政协副主席,现任洛阳市西工区人大常委会副主任。系洛阳金谷印社副社长,中国民俗摄影家协会会员,中国青少年书法家协会会员、河南省洛阳市作家协会会员。
