“烟塔合一”技术的运用使烟气中残留的腐蚀性介质进入冷却塔,塔内环境的腐蚀性大大增强,特别是酸腐蚀环境的发展会直接导致塔壁混凝土的耐久性能降低。在选定混凝土强度等级条件下,开展了不同种类防腐涂料的耐酸腐蚀试验。试验结果表明:防腐涂层的运用可有效阻止酸性介质对混凝土的侵蚀;在相同酸性腐蚀条件下,有机成膜型涂料抗盐酸侵蚀能力要强于无机渗透型涂料;水泥基渗透结晶型涂层在酸性环境下存在表皮脱落现象,在使用中应考虑酸性环境对该涂层稳定性的影响。
