使用数值模拟与实验测试两种方法得到了轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块的热阻值,在对这2种方法进行比较的基础上,分析了砌块各传热方式对其热阻的权重关系,指出影响空心砌块热阻大小的主因是固体导热部分,孔内自然对流对热阻影响最小。研究表明砌块热阻随冷热壁面温差呈负线性规律变化,当冷热壁面温差由10.3℃变化到40.3℃时,砌块整体热阻减小率不超过8%。
The thermal resistance of light aggregate concrete small hollow block is obtained by numerical simulation and experimental test. Based on the comparison of the two methods, the weight of heat transfer resistance of block is analyzed. It is pointed out that the main factor affecting the thermal resistance of hollow block is the solid heat transfer part, and the natural convection in the hole has the least influence on the thermal resistance. The results show that the block thermal resistance changes linearly with the temperature difference between hot and cold wall. When the temperature difference between hot and cold wall changes from 10.3 ℃ to 40.3 ℃, the overall thermal resistance decrease rate does not exceed 8%.
