大鼠ig-硒化卡拉胶(140mg·kg-1·d-1、70mg·kg-1·d-1和35mg·kg-1·d-1×30d),测定各组大鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及膜蛋白组分高分子多聚物(HMP)含量变化。结果表明:大鼠igχ-硒化卡拉胶(140mg·kg-1·d-1×30d)可显著提高SOD活性(P<0.05),而对膜蛋白组分HMP无显著影响(P>0.05)。
The rat ig-selenized carrageenan (140 mg · kg-1 · d-1, 70 mg · kg-1 · d-1 and 35 mg · kg-1 · d-1 × 30 d) The activity of SOD and the content of macromolecule polymer (HMP) of membrane protein were studied. The results showed that the ig x-selenated carrageenan (140 mg · kg-1 · d-1 × 30 d) significantly increased the activity of SOD (P <0.05), while had no effect on the HMP of the membrane protein (P> 0.05).
