带边缘裂缝的方形平板是实际公路、房屋建筑以及大坝等工程结构中常见的几何形状,为了得到其断裂特性,需要对其应力强度因子大小及裂缝张开位移发展进行研究。利用有限元分析结果进行曲线拟合,得到有限大带边缘裂缝的方形平板的权函数数值解,通过引入独立参考荷载的附加条件求得了应力强度因子(SIF)和裂缝端口张开口位移(CMOD)在初始裂缝极短和极长两种极限条件下(和)的参考解析解。研究表明,可以根据此方法对有限大边缘裂缝方形板各种初始裂缝长度情况下(包括两种极限情况)的断裂应力场及裂缝张开趋势进行计算和判断,为工程应用提供依据。
The square slab with edge cracks is a common geometric shape in engineering structures such as highway, house building and dam. In order to obtain its fracture characteristics, the stress intensity factor and the development of crack open displacement need to be studied. The finite element analysis results were used for curve fitting to obtain the finite-weight numerical solution of the square plate with finite edge crack. The stress intensity factor (SIF) and cracked port opening displacement (CMOD) were obtained by introducing the additional reference load. Reference analytic solution under (both) and very short initial crack lengths. The results show that this method can be used to calculate and judge the fracture stress field and the crack opening trend under various initial crack lengths (including two kinds of limit cases) of the square plate with finite edge cracks, which can provide the basis for engineering application.
