一、工程概况烟台港三期工程是国家“九五”重点建设项目，也是亚行贷款国际招标的项目，其建设现模为：新建1．5万t级及3万t级集装箱泊位各一个，1 5万t级及2万t级杂货泊位各一个，设计年吞吐能力255万t(其中：集装箱175万t，24万标准箱)及相应的供水、供电、道路堆场等生产、生活辅助设施，项目概算总投资为13．68亿元，建设工期4年。疏浚工程包括港池、航道两部分，挖泥总量为1197万m3。港地面积约40万m2，航道长约4km，宽130m。
