采用微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对鲫鱼籽中镁、钾、钙、铁、锌、锰、锗、硒、砷、铅10种矿物元素进行检测与分析。结果表明:10种元素的检出限为0.03363~26.59μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.54%~7.57%,回收率为91.2%~109.9%。微波消解样品速度快,试剂用量少,操作简单安全,大大减少元素的损失和实验环境对样品的污染,降低了空白值,提高了方法的灵敏度和准确度。
The samples were treated with microwave digestion method, and 10 mineral elements of magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, manganese, germanium, selenium, arsenic and lead were detected and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the detection limits of the 10 elements ranged from 0.03363 to 26.59 μg / L with the relative standard deviations of 1.54% -7.57% and the recoveries of 91.2% -109.9%. Microwave digestion samples faster, less reagent usage, simple and safe operation, greatly reducing the elemental losses and experimental environment pollution of the sample, reducing the blank value and improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the method.
