本文报道离子对HPLC 法测定咳嗽-感冒合剂中的扑尔敏。作者采用μBondapak 苯基柱,流动相为含0.005M 戊磺酸钠的乙腈-乙酸-水(26.5∶1.0∶72.5)的混合液(pH2.4),扑尔敏可与其他10种药物完全分离。于254nm 处的检测结果与在0.8~2.5μg 范围内扑尔敏的进样量呈线性关系(γ=0.996)。以标准制备法进行重现性试验,变异系数(CV)为1.43%(n=10),
This paper reports the determination of chlorpheniramine in cough-cold mixture by ion-pair HPLC. Using a μ Bondapak phenyl column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-acetic acid-water (pH 6.5) containing 0.005 M sodium pentanesulfonate (pH = 2.4), chlorpheniramine was completely separated from the other 10 drugs . The results at 254 nm showed a linear relationship with the chloromethylation in the range of 0.8-2.5 μg (γ = 0.996). The reproducibility test was carried out according to the standard preparation method. The coefficient of variation (CV) was 1.43% (n = 10)
