目的通过探索不同发育时期金银花颜色和每个花蕾活性成分量的相关性,为金银花药材的质量评价提供参考依据。方法采用色度计测量不同发育时期金银花的颜色;HPLC法测定金银花样品中酚酸类、黄酮类、环烯醚萜类等14种化合物的量;采用SPSS 17.0软件分析金银花颜色与化学成分之间的相关性。结果随着花蕾的发育,酚酸类、黄酮类化合物量在二白期、大白期最高,环烯醚萜类化合物量在大白期、银花期最高,从活性成分量结果考虑,金银花的最佳采收期为大白期;金银花发育过程中酚酸类、黄酮类化合物量与亮度(L*)呈显著正相关,酚酸类、黄酮类和环烯醚萜类成分量均与褐变指数(BI)呈极显著负相关。结论金银花的颜色与活性成分量密切相关,L*与BI可以更好地将外观指标与内在质量联系起来。
Objective To explore the correlation between the color of honeysuckle and the amount of active ingredient in each flower bud at different developmental stages to provide reference for the quality evaluation of honeysuckle. Methods The color of honeysuckle in different developmental stages was measured by colorimeter. The contents of 14 compounds including phenolic acids, flavonoids and iridoid in honeysuckle samples were determined by HPLC. The color and chemical composition of honeysuckle were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software Relevance. Results With the development of flower buds, the amount of phenolic acids and flavonoids was the highest in the second white stage and the highest white stage. The content of iridoid compounds was the highest in the white stage and the highest in the silver flowering stage. From the results of the active ingredients, the best honeysuckle The harvesting period was in white-white stage; the content of phenolic acids and flavonoids in Lonicera japonica L. had a significant positive correlation with the lightness (L *) during the development of honeysuckle, while the contents of phenolic acids, flavonoids and iridoid compounds were all positively correlated with the browning index BI) was significantly negative correlation. Conclusion The color of honeysuckle is closely related to the amount of active ingredients. L * and BI can better relate the appearance indexes to the intrinsic quality.
