运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了合理的大型径向等厚振动给料机的有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,得出了前15阶固有频率及相应振型。在此基础上,对振动给料机进行了谐响应分析,得出了稳态工作时给料机的应力分布情况,找出了薄弱环节,并分析了应力集中产生的原因,为振动给料机的大型化设计和动态特性的研究提供了参考。
The finite element model of a reasonable large-scale radial isokinetic vibrating feeder is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The first 15 natural frequencies and corresponding modes are obtained through modal analysis. On this basis, the harmonic response analysis of the vibrating feeder was carried out, the stress distribution of the feeder in the steady state working was obtained, the weak link was found, and the reason of the stress concentration was analyzed. The large-scale design and dynamic characteristics of the machine provides a reference.
