Eccentric compression of reinforced concrete components is a large number of civil engineering construction using the basic components, the strength calculation method is an important part of the design specifications. In recent years, China has done a lot of experimental studies on the strength calculation of eccentric compression members with rectangular cross section, and has published some research results.
