武术是中国传统体育运动项目,也是中学体育课的重要项目之一,也是中学生的喜爱的一项运动。武术课不仅可以提高学生的体质,而且可以传授中国固有的传统文化。在武术套路教学中有效培养和激发学生的习武兴趣,不仅可以提高学生习武积极性,改善武术动作质量,而且有利于促进学生武术技能的形成。教学的趣味性能激发学生的对武术的热爱,产生浓厚的兴趣,从而提高教学质量,在教学中还应稳定和深化学生的习武兴趣。文章运用文献资料的研究方法和归纳分析法,根据对中学生心理和生理的特点分析,就如何提高武术的趣味性教学方法进行了探索性研究。
Wushu is a traditional Chinese sport and one of the important items in middle school physical education. It is also a favorite sport for middle school students. Martial arts classes can not only improve the physical fitness of students, but also teach China’s inherent traditional culture. In the Wushu routine teaching to effectively cultivate and stimulate students interest in martial arts, not only can enhance students’ enthusiasm for martial arts, improve the quality of martial arts movements, but also help to promote the formation of student martial arts skills. The interesting teaching of teaching stimulates students’ love of Wushu and generates strong interest so as to improve the quality of teaching. In teaching, students should also be interested in learning martial arts. Based on the analysis of psychology and physiology of middle school students, this paper makes a research on how to improve the interesting teaching method of Wushu using the methods of literature research and inductive analysis.
