据调查显示,近八成的流动商贩都参加了社会医疗保险(以“新农合”为主),但他们中的多数对于医疗保险制度并不了解。这无疑反应出目前的医疗保险制度宣传在流动商贩这一群体中存在着不小的问题——宣传主体的宣传内容缺乏可感知性和针对性,宣传客体相关意识缺乏且主动性不强。因此急需在现有基础上建立起针对流动商贩的医疗保险宣传模式,使流动商贩更好地感知制度中利益的存在,从而实现宣传的可持续和制度的可持续。

This undoubtedly reflects the existence of the current medical insurance system propaganda in this group of mobile vendors there is not a small problem - the propaganda advocacy content of the lack of perceived and targeted, awareness of publicity related to the lack of content and lack of initiative.
