广西凤山天承黄金矿业有限责任公司选矿厂原设计采用湿式半自磨、球磨闭路式磨矿流程。由于矿石中黏土矿物含量较高,试生产中出现矿物过磨及两段磨矿负荷不平衡等问题。根据矿石性质及3个月的试生产实践,将原半自磨、球磨闭路磨矿流程改为半自磨机与分级机闭路流程,不但保证了磨矿产品的质量,提高了回收率,简化了工艺流程,提高了磨矿效率,而且降低了生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益。
