针对以往测量差动电阻式传感器采用将线上电阻测量出来进行计算间接测量传感器的电阻值计算量大、占用资源并给单片机带来很大负荷的问题,介绍了一种数字化变送器,可对预埋在大坝、水库等水工建筑中的差动电阻式传感器进行信号采集,分析电阻值变化监测其设施的实时情况,并根据不同的预埋位置,一对一的将传感器采集到的模拟量信号通过高精度模数转换和放大芯片转换成数字信号,数字信号通过RS485总线输出,上传到服务器,服务器根据原始数据计算推算出坝体结构的形变情况。实例应用结果表明,该变送器抗干扰能力和适应性强、可靠性高、结构合理、便于安装和埋设,实现了参数的远程配置和传感器的远程在线动态监测。
