有人说生吃蔬菜有营养,如果炒熟,蔬采中的维生素很容易受到破坏;也有人说蔬菜必须炒熟吃,生吃有害健康。那么蔬菜到底应该是生吃还是熟吃?
Some people say that raw vegetables are nutritious, if fried, the vitamins in vegetables are easily damaged; others say that vegetables must be fried and eaten raw and unhealthy. So in the end the vegetables should be eaten raw or cooked?
