根据2005年5月航次调查数据,采用主成分分析和聚类分析的方法,评价了东海调查海区(27o00’~31o30’N,121o00’~123o30’E)的营养盐来源,并根据海区营养盐特点将所调查海区进行分区。数据中可提取3个主成分,分别为“水文因子”、“光合作用因子”和“再生生产因子”。原始样本聚类方法能较全面地考虑海区水团运动情况,而以考察海区富营养化程度作为目标,按主成分聚类的结果更完善。根据聚类结果对调查样本富营养化程度进行评价,可将调查海域分为三类,随着离岸距离的增加,陆地径流的影响越来越小。
