目的观察氧气雾化吸入非诺特罗氢溴化物和溴化异丙托品液对支气管哮喘症状及肺功能的影响。方法 5 8例患者均给予氧气吸入非诺特罗氢溴化物、溴化异丙托品 ,观察治疗前后肺功能、临床症状变化。结果氧气雾化吸入非诺特罗氢溴化物和溴化异丙托品60分钟后 ,症状和肺功能均有不同程度的改善 ,尤其是气道阻力明显降低。结论非诺特罗氢溴化物、溴化异丙托品二者联合氧气雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著 ,且取材方便 ,值得推广
Objective To observe the effects of aerosolized inhalation of fenoterol hydrobromide and ipratropium bromide solution on bronchial asthma symptoms and pulmonary function. Methods Fifteen patients were given oxygen inhalation of fenoterol hydrobromide and ipratropium bromide, before and after treatment to observe changes in lung function and clinical symptoms. Results Oxygen inhalation of fenoterol hydrobromide and ipratropium bromide 60 minutes, the symptoms and lung function were improved to varying degrees, especially airway resistance was significantly reduced. Conclusion Both fenoterol hydrobromide and ipratropium bromide combined with aerosol inhalation have significant therapeutic effect on bronchial asthma and are easy to obtain and worth popularizing
