在教育改革和发展过程中,具有典型意义的教育实践不断涌现,对教育典型实践的学习也构成了教育进步的基本途径之一。在当前发挥教育典型实践示范价值的过程中,不少教育典型实践的学习者由于不能看到教育典型实践的实质、教育典型实践的整体,不能智慧地选择学习重点而出现问题。因此,教育典型实践在发挥示范功能之前需要被认真地研究。对教育典型实践的研究需要在整体而有机地理解教育典型实践基础上分析其中的示范性内涵。在具体研究策略上,对教育典型实践的研究需要加强外部主体研究,重视教育典型实践的主客观要素研究,并充分研究教育典型实践中的关键事件。
