公共图书馆作为人类知识的宝库,作为人们获取、检索、传播知识的重要场所,在现实生活中有着不可替代的地位。在进入信息社会后,公共图书馆与每一个人的关系必将更为密切。如何尽快完善公共图书馆的服务与管理,以发挥公共图书馆的最大效益?笔者认为最重要的应是确立“以人为本、读者第一”的服务理念“和以人为本,管理创新”的管理理念,并阐述了如何才能做到以人为本。
As a treasure house of human knowledge, public libraries, as an important place for people to acquire, retrieve and disseminate knowledge, have an irreplaceable position in real life. After entering the information society, public libraries will have closer relations with everyone. How to perfect the service and management of public library as soon as possible in order to give full play to the maximum benefit of public library? The author believes that the most important thing is to establish the service idea of “people-oriented and reader first” and “people-oriented and management innovation” Management philosophy, and explained how to be people-oriented.
