为解决大北矿102工作面裂隙发育煤层自然发火的难题,分析了该工作面自然发火的原因,并提出了“一通,二注,三监测”综合防灭火技术;采用该技术后,煤壁与巷内空气温差0.3℃~1.4℃,采空区CO浓度3×10~(-6)~16×10~(-6),远远低于CO预警临界浓度1×10~(-4),有效解决了102工作面煤体自然发火的难题。
In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal seam with cracks developed in face 102 of Dabei Mine, the reason of spontaneous combustion on the working face was analyzed and a comprehensive fire extinguishing technology of “one-pass, two-injection and three-monitoring” was put forward. The temperature difference between the coal wall and the lane is 0.3 ℃ ~ 1.4 ℃, the CO concentration in the goaf is 3 × 10 -6 ~ 16 × 10 -6, much lower than the critical concentration of CO warning 1 × 10 ~ (- 4), effectively solve the 102 coal face spontaneous combustion problems.
