电流变体材料是智能材料系统中重要的作动器材料之一。电流变体材料在外加电场作用下,其流变性能会发生较大变化。本文实验测定了电流变体的剪切模量,建立了含有电流变体材料的智能复合材料梁结构的振动模型,并对不同电场作用下梁的振动响应进行了分析,结果表明,随着外加电场强度的增加,梁的固有频率和损耗系数均显著增加,振动响应明显减少。
Current-variant materials are one of the most important actuator materials in smart material systems. Under the action of applied electric field, the rheological properties of current-variant materials will change greatly. In this paper, the shear modulus of the current transformer was measured and the vibration model of the smart composite beam structure containing the current-variant material was established. The vibration response of the beam under different electric fields was analyzed. The results show that with the addition of With the increase of electric field intensity, the natural frequency and loss coefficient of the beam increase significantly, and the vibration response decreases obviously.
