通过对汉中市留坝县绕城路水泥混凝土路面板底注浆前后进行检测,在此基础上,研究水泥混凝土板底脱空注浆材料配比及施工工艺,评价板底脱空注浆效果。结果表明,压浆材料选用配合比为1∶1.0∶0.76的水泥∶粉煤灰∶水时,浆体既能满足基层强度要求,又具有很好的流动性;水泥混凝土路面压浆效果从压浆浆体配合比及强度、现场外观质量、弯沉及雷达检测图像4个方面进行评价是较为全面、有效和可行的。
Based on the test before and after the grouting of the cement concrete pavement of Ring Road in Hanzhong City, on the basis of which, the ratio and construction technology of grouting material in the bottom of cement concrete slab were studied to evaluate the grouting effect . The results show that the grouting material can choose the cement with the mixing ratio of 1: 1.0: 0.76: fly ash: water, the slurry can not only meet the strength requirements of the grassroots, but also have good fluidity; grouting effect of cement concrete pavement from pressure It is more comprehensive, effective and feasible to evaluate the four aspects of mix ratio and strength, the quality of appearance in the field, the deflection and the radar detection images.
